Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy.

1.2. Exchanges are available only in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
1.3. To request an exchange, the customer must contact customer support within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
1.4. The seller reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if supporting materials are not provided or if the request is submitted outside the specified period.
1.5. Limited editions, discounted items, gift cards, digital products, personalized items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
1.6. If an exchange request is approved, the customer will receive further shipping instructions from customer support.
1.7. Items sent back without prior approval from customer support will not be accepted.

2. European Union Customers
2.1. If the order is delivered within the European Union, the customer may have additional rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
2.2. The right of withdrawal may not apply to pre-order products, limited editions, personalized items, made-to-order products, or sealed audio and video recordings once unsealed after delivery, in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
