Shipping policy
Merchandise ships from July 1, 2026. Vinyl, CDs and cassettes ship from October 1, 2026..
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping
1.1. Worldwide shipping is available via registered air mail.
1.2. Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within 72 hours after the official shipping start date, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays when postal services are closed.
1.3. During tour periods, order processing and shipping times may be delayed by up to 7 calendar days.
1.4. The seller makes reasonable efforts to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may depend on postal operators and customs authorities.
1.5. Tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
1.6. In the event that multiple orders are placed by the same customer, the seller reserves the right to combine shipments in order to optimize shipping costs.
2. Customs Duties and Taxes
2.1. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees and other local taxes.
2.2. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2.3. The seller is not responsible for the amount, calculation or collection of customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees imposed in the destination country.
2.4. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves in advance with local import regulations and possible additional charges applicable in their country.

3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
3.2. Exchanges are available only in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
3.3. To request an exchange, the customer must contact customer support within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
3.4. The seller reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if supporting materials are not provided or if the request is submitted outside the specified period.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The seller shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by postal operators, customs authorities, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control.
4.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the postal or courier service.
